Golden Drum International Festival of Creativity, one of the biggest festivals of creativity in Europe, is a three day event, which offers great learning experience and career aspiration for everyone working in the creative advertising industry, granting easy access to top industry experts, unique friendship opportunities and cultural mix while remaining the best place for networking.

All personal registration fees are in Euros. VAT of 22 % is applicable to all participants, regardless of their country of origin under ZDDV-1 Slovenian VAT rules. Registrations will only be processed with full pre-payment.



Members of Slovenian Advertising Chamber are eligible to 15 % discount on delegate registration fees.


We offer group discount for registering 10 or more delegates form the same agency. Please contact us at [email protected] for more details.


We welcome students to attend the first day of Golden Drum Festival (Wednesday 18 October) for only 10 € (net price). If you wish to extend your stay throughout Thursday and Friday (19 and 20 October), the student registration fee is 160 € (net price). Students must register using the online registration system and provide a proof of their student’s status.



It is possible to cancel your delegate registration until 18 September 2017 in written form at [email protected].

40 % registration fee cancellation costs are charged for cancellations before 18 September 2017. 75 % registration fee cancellation costs are charged for cancellations from 19 September to 2 October 2017. If you cancel your registration after this date, we will charge 100 % registration fee as cancellation costs.

Only written requests received at [email protected] that will arrive until and including on 2 October 2017 will be taken into consideration. Complete registration fee will be invoiced in the event you cancel your registration after the mentioned date, fail to attend the conference for whatever reason or in the event the cancellation was not sent in written form. In the event the registered person cannot participate at the conference due to force majeure it is possible to register a substitute participant. Cancellations of delegate registrations are not eligible for credit for 2018.

Any requests to replace one delegate for another must be made via email at [email protected]. It is possible to rectify a registration at no cost until 2 October 2017. After that date an administration fee of 50 EUR + VAT will be charged for any changes. Please note that it will not be possible to make replacements at the registration area, in Ljubljana.
