Since 2014, an import boom of cars with EU license plates has begun in Ukraine. As a rule, the proxies were expired. This situation has undermined the car sales market and became a big challenge for new Renault. To make TA talk about Renault Duster, we had to create a campaign with a strong PR effect. We decided to give a voice to the Renault itself on first website in Ukraine based on the Artificial Intelligence. During communication, it determines the desires of users and offers the perfectly suitable Renault configuration, location for traveling, where to eat and personalised playlist!
