JAN PALACH – CENSORSHIP ON FACEBOOK O2 is the largest Czech operator and thus has an opportunity to weigh in on important themes. On 16 January 2019, on the anniversary of the self-immolation of Jan Palach against the people’s indifference and reintroduction of censorship, it pointed out that freedom of speech cannot be taken for granted. It did it through its Facebook page, where strict censorship was tightened that day, recalling what Jan Palach fought against at the cost of his life.
