Creative idea

Covid-19 forced music events around the world to be cancelled. Musicians switched online. The Internet has been flooded with home-based online concerts. But there’s almost nothing to replace the feeling of a live gig. Initial excitement faded. People got bored. At the same time, the industry of music festivals has suffered immensely. ANTYfest was created as a way to support the global music industry and to give the audience the sorely-missed atmosphere of a concert and the feeling of a belonging to a festive crowd. The idea was to metaphorically “replace” a human crowd with ants. Ants are social insects that demonstrate human-like patterns of behavior.
