Justin is global head of Publicis Emil, an agency model of the future that draws on the transformative ‘Power of One’ proposition, designed by Publicis Groupe to deliver on Daimler’s marketing and business transformation. Justin led the creation of Publicis Emil and the win of Mercedes-Benz across 37 markets, considered as one of the most significant holding company coups this year.

Justin is a member of the Publicis Groupe Management Committee and is the Publicis Groupe Chairman for DACH.

Previously, Justin was COO for Publicis Communications, responsible for driving the performance of agency networks including Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis Worldwide, Leo Burnett, MSL and Prodigious, across Europe and Latin America. Before this, he was Saatchi & Saatchi’s Worldwide COO, focused on the network’s growth and performance globally, and on business transformation to meet the future needs of clients.

Justin brings 14 years client-side experience, having held leadership roles at companies including Unilever, Nokia, Orange, and The Coca-Cola Company, before joining Publicis Groupe in 2009.

Justin is an Australian citizen and is based between Berlin and London.
