Pietro has an impressive track record of driving growth for both client and agency businesses. He is a key architect of Geometry’s strategy strongly believing in both the role of innovation and in the critical consultancy role that a marketing agency should play. To this end, he has inspired and led the development and integration of strategic insight gathering tools and the Geometry’s consultancy offering.

As of June 2017 has been promoted to lead Geometry Intelligence as Global Chief Operating Officer.

Pietro has worked extensively with global, regional and local brands including Vodafone, Procter & Gamble, Mars, Nokia, BP, SmithKline Beecham, Emirates, Wyeth and GM’s Chevy.

Prior to his current role, Pietro was the CEO of Geometry Global EMEA but he first joined Grey over 20 years ago working across key regions in EMEA including Italy, Turkey and Central and Eastern Europe. As CEO for Grey Central Eastern Europe he spent fifteen years managing Grey’s marketing communications efforts across twenty-two markets.

He holds a Global-MBA from the Bocconi Management School what has brought him to attend classes in Shanghai’s Fudan management school and in the Anderson School of Management at the UCLA in San Francisco.

Pietro has written an essay on how consumer behaviors differ in Eastern and Western Europe.
