To celebrate 10 years of inDrive in Kazakhstan, we launched “Rakhmet” — a gratitude-driven campaign focused on deepening engagement through emotional storytelling. By sharing real moments of appreciation between riders and drivers, we invited users to reflect, respond, and interact. Engagement was activated across digital videos, outdoor, social media, CRM, and the app — each designed to create a dialogue around mutual respect. Instead of a transactional message, we built a human connection, turning everyday thank-yous into a national movement of shared appreciation.
