Fact/ Background: Research shows that young people today increasingly value unique experiences over material possessions. Observation: They don’t just want entertainment; they want meaning. For this audience, attending a sports event isn’t just about watching, it’s about feeling part of something bigger: the atmosphere, the strangers who become friends, the collective energy that can’t be replicated. They want to immerse themselves in experiences where they belong, that reflect who they are and what they believe in. Insight: The best part of Planica happens off the slope. Creative idea: Stamped In Memory The most valuable things in life aren’t things at all, they’re the moments we live and the memories we carry with us. At Planica, Mastercard helps turn every experience into something worth holding onto, and postcards have always been the perfect way to capture them. Each Postcard From Planica tells a story beyond the jumps: friends daring each other down a snowbank, strangers sharing a thermos of hot tea, a solo traveller starting a Mexican wave. These moments of belonging are what outlast the event. They’re stamped in memory, becoming the reason the Ski Jump World Cup is more than just a sport. With Mastercard, fleeting experiences become lasting memories. Every postcard carries a story of connection, laughter, and belonging, inviting you to join in on the moments that make Planica truly priceless. Get-who-to-by Get: young, socially conscious experience seekers aged 18-35. Who: value inclusion, connection, and shared moments. To: feel invited to Planica by Mastercard, not only as spectators but as part of a global community where everyone belongs. By: sharing the Priceless stories and moments that Mastercard helps make possible at the Ski Jump World Cup. Execution All postcards and campaign visuals are self-illustrated and use Mastercard’s brand colours alongside complementary tones.
