Creative idea

We live in a world of screens. We watch events from our living rooms, through livestreams, clips, and highlights. And even when we show up in person, we often still experience everything through our phones. We record instead of feel. Capture instead of connect. We are present, but not really there. The posters mirror this duality. The “Yes” panel shows the sport through a phone: cool, but gray, distant, almost lifeless. The “But” panel bursts with color, energy, and human connection, showing that while watching Planica online may look exciting, it will never replace the Priceless experience of being there with all your senses engaged. This contrast reflects Mastercard’s values. Shared experience is in the collective energy of the event. Sustainability is in celebrating real human connection beyond digital noise. Our headlines highlight the senses that technology leaves behind. “Yes, but your phone can’t feel goosebumps” speaks to the physical reaction of standing in Planica, shoulder to shoulder with strangers who suddenly feel like family, all united in one shared heartbeat. “Yes, but you missed the smell of victory” adds humor while pointing out that smell is a sense you cannot stream. Whether it is the fresh mountain air, the food, or even the raw human side of being surrounded by thousands of fans, the atmosphere of Planica can only be experienced in person. Together, these lines show that screens can only offer images and sounds, while the true Priceless experience of Planica involves every sense. They turn passive watching into an active invitation to belong. Because watching is fine. But being there is Priceless.
