Creative idea

Almost 37 million Ukrainians and 25 million clients of Ukraine's largest bank PrivatBank found themselves in a war. Because of the panic news about the economy, people thought the banking system would collapse. They rushed to withdraw money. The mass withdrawal became the main threat for PrivatBank. PrivatBank couldn't say: “There is no reason to panic. Don't take money from the bank.” This would cause even more panic. So we did the opposite. To behave like a stable bank we advertised the possibility of withdrawing. This act stopped panic, restored people's trust, and even helped to make an income.
