Creative idea

Heineken’s® firm promise: same great taste in 192 countries. However, in Romania's media context, this was hard to believe after the European Commission found proof of many products having a lower quality in Eastern Europe. To prove our promise, we created an immersive brand experience meant to take skeptical Romanians on a beer-tasting journey around the world. We redesigned an entire building to recreate the experience of Brazil, Japan, Iceland and The Netherlands, where people could taste Heineken® brought from those exact locations. With 92% of visitors agreeing, we have proven Heineken® has the same great taste everywhere.
