Aaron joined Grey London in 2020 as Group Creative Director and has worked across the majority of the agency's accounts, including Volvo, Vodafone, Stella Artois, and Pringles. For Pringles, he created the global ‘Mindpopping’ platform, which led to campaigns such as ‘Multigran,’ ‘Synth Hamster,’ ‘The Pringles NPC,’ and ‘Pringles Sonic Chip’ – work considered distinct and bold for the brand. His recent work on Stella Artois, ‘Claustrobars,’ shot by world-renowned photographer Ale Burset, was honored with Graphite and Yellow Pencils at the 2025 D&AD Awards.

He joined Grey from WCRS, where he helped secure the Anchor Butter and EON Global accounts and also made a video collaboration with Gorillaz, which was voted 3rd in Shots Top 10 Music Videos of 2017. Additional industry experience includes time with TBWA, primarily in the New York office, working on brands including Adidas, Airbnb, and Nissan, as well as nearly five years with Wieden + Kennedy London, creating work for iconic brands like Honda, Nike, and Three Mobile. He began his career at DDB London (later becoming adam&eve/DDB), working on accounts such as Marmite, VW, Harvey Nichols, Budweiser, and Financial Times.
