Ben is currently one of the most internationally awarded Chief Creative Officer in Israel and has been named one of Israel's promising 40 under 40. Past wins include all major awards show such as Cannes Lions, Eurobest, The One Show, Clio, Epica, Golden drum and more.
His unique voice and perspective led him to the position of Chief Creative Officer, Co-CEO and partner in Havas Tel Aviv. Under his leadership, the agency has consistently ranked as the most creative agency in Israel for three consecutive years. Moreover, his visionary approach has propelled Havas Tel Aviv to a remarkable 32nd place in the global WARC creative ranking.
Since 2024, Ben is Chief Creative Officer and Co-Chief Executive Officer of BYL.
