Ilkka Ruotsalainen is a founder and CCO of IVALO Creative Agency, a creative transformation company helping organizations lead strategic change through brand, customer, and employee experience. With more than 20 years of experience turning creativity into business impact, he has worked on major transformations with Posti, Finnair, and OP Financial Group.
Ilkka began his career as an award-winning copywriter and later became creative director at TBWA before founding IVALO in 2013. Since then IVALO Creative has grown from an acclaimed marketing agency into Finland’s most recognized partner for brand-driven change. Known for connecting brand storytelling with strategic transformation, he helps organizations accelerate growth and inspire people around a shared narrative.
