As creatives, we need to understand people. Really understand them. A new lens is emerging called Behaviour Thinking. It combines the deep people’s understanding of behavioural science with the creativity of design thinking. In this talk, Lauren will demonstrate how to follow behavioural influence to mitigate unexpected behaviours.

People do unexpected things. This isn’t new to creative professionals. But when it’s the difference between project success or flop, the unexpected can be costly.

As creatives, we need to understand people. Really understand them. And in a way that seems counterintuitive to what we have learned through the design industry. This understanding comes from behavioural science. The study of how people think and act.
