Creative idea

Young people often face pain from stress, sleepless nights, and gaming marathons—yet reject pushy pharma ads. Algoflex saw that credibility with Gen Z demanded authenticity, not pressure. So we created the Responsible Painkilling platform: prevention first, medicine only when necessary. To bring this to life, we introduced the Cowboy NPC, inspired by Red Dead Redemption 2, as a Pain Ambassador. The film playfully referenced gamer memes of “torturing” NPCs while highlighting how RPG players often sit for 2–4 hours per session. In one impactful video, gaming fatigue became a moment of empathy, prevention, and authentic allyship with Algoflex.
