International trade shows are essential for JOMA, an Austrian supplier of innovative plastic packaging solutions. However, due to COVID-19, events were cancelled worldwide. Therefore, the need for a pandemic-proof and cost-effective alternative was born. The solution: DiME, the Digital Meeting Experience. A unique, fully integrated service platform, extending the traditional corporate website, that enables all trade show services to be experienced digitally and provides insights into the company and its products. It’s not just a substitute for international events, but rather a personalized always-on experience for customers and prospects and thus has become a 360-degree service experience extending across all relevant touchpoints.
