In Romania, we created original local storytelling that brought the Coca-Cola global platform “The World Needs More Santas” to life in an original & engaging way. We wanted people not just to watch, but to become active participants—so relevant, engaging content was essential. Under the concept of a playful Santa Bootcamp called Santa’s School of Real Magic the Caravan became a circuit that tested and trained visitors in Santa’s core skills, from Ho-Ho-Ho energy to agility and generosity. With interactive installations, AI-powered Santa IDs, and festive rituals, people left feeling like true Santas—proving that kindness spreads further when shared.
