Being a veterinarian in Poland is not easy. Our research revealed that 32% experience professional burnout, 82% face unjustified criticism, and 93% feel constant pressure from pet owners. 'Faces of Veterinary Care' gave vets a platform to reveal the hidden side of their work. Through three unscripted conversations, we uncovered stories of passion, but also of pain, client pressure and burnout - capturing authentic emotions in striking video and photo portraits. Combined with alarming research data, these materials formed a multi-channel campaign that moved the public, inspired empathy, and offered veterinarians tangible support: free therapy sessions and educational webinars.'
