PREVENTIVE MENTAL HEALTH CHECK-UP
Creative idea
In Slovakia, 77 percent of people feel mental distress but only 13 percent have a diagnosis. The missing 64 percent are left without help. Our idea was to shift the debate from silence to action by creating a completely new public service: the Preventive Mental Check-up. Launched on Blue Monday, it reframed mental health as something normal and accessible, just like a physical check-up. The idea worked as a PR magnet, uniting partners, media and influencers under one simple message: prevention for the mind is possible.
