The Heineken Company, across all its brands, made a bold and unprecedented move: to shoot all its commercials and branded content pieces only in Heineken bars that need help, so production budgets can support them. But we didn’t stop there. To amplify the impact, we created a constantly updating global catalogue of struggling Heineken bars with practical information for location managers in the entertainment industry. This way, the bars will not only be used in Heineken’s commercials but also end up on TV and the big screen. By making bars appear in fiction, Heineken is helping them in real life.
