Decathlon’s mission is to move people through sport. Yet in Poland, where 65% of adults are inactive and work hours rank among Europe’s highest, true support requires more. That’s why the brand launched Work-Sport Balance. Paid time off during work hours for sport. Voluntary, inclusive, and scalable, it redefined workplace wellbeing. The creative challenge was turning an internal HR policy into an external movement. The bold idea “We are firing everyone, for sport!” sparked buzz, provoked reflection, and positioned Decathlon as a leader in rethinking time, work, and health
