The McDonald’s campaign used a unique aesthetic to connect with GenZ by evoking the nostalgia of the 2000s. Working with photographer Botond Wertán, we wanted to bring back the raw, unfiltered feeling of digital photos—something real and simple, like memories captured on small cameras. This feeling, paired with playful visual icons like the flexible worker or the long-term planner, brought an authentic, familiar vibe to the campaign. Using a GenZ lens, the campaign's visuals captured the easy-going, non-pretentious style that GenZ values: direct, relatable, and full of nostalgic charm, tapping into their hearts.
