Classical music served as a universal metaphor, transforming an abstract B2B product into something intuitive and emotionally engaging. A cinematic launch film featuring real musicians brought the metaphor to life, supported by a modular Echo Launch Toolkit for local adaptation. This broke category norms by using emotion, not explanation, as the core vehicle—making the campaign stand out in a typically rational B2B space.
