Young people face pain from stress, bad posture, and sleepless nights—but they reject pharma ads. Algoflex’s Responsible Painkilling platform stressed authenticity: prevention first, medicine only when unavoidable. Since this generation skips ads but never gaming, Algoflex transformed NPCs into Pain Ambassadors—appearing inside the platforms and formats gamers value most. NPCs reacted in real time on Twitch when players mentioned pain, hijacked YouTube before game trailers, stepped into podcasts, and dominated Hungary’s top gaming portal. The campaign didn’t just buy media—it reinvented it, turning everyday gaming environments into interactive, brand-driven experiences that made pain prevention impossible to ignore.
