Gallio, Hungary’s only brand dedicated exclusively to turkey meat, faced a challenge: turkey is often overlooked compared to chicken, beef, or pork. To highlight its unique quality of containing both white and red meat, Gallio created an entirely new medium with Dereszla Winery: Turkeyness – a limited-edition wine duo, one red and one white. The bottles themselves became the message, perfectly mirroring turkey’s duality. Through tastings, influencer seeding, and retail presence, the wines turned into a media channel that educated, surprised, and inspired audiences – while reshaping the perception of turkey as a versatile, premium choice.
