The creative idea was to refresh the brand without losing its trusted core. Together with the Jazz team, we defined clear customer personas, a brand archetype, and a more relatable tone of voice. The visual identity was updated with a sharper logo, fresh colors, and modern typography, rolled out across all channels. The concept made Jazz feel modern, distinctive, and approachable while staying familiar—building stronger emotional ties and restoring competitiveness in a crowded, price-driven market.
