Creative idea
What do you associate working in a bank with? With boredom. We decided to change that by giving our employees a voice. In an activation on LinkedIn, they changed their job titles on their profiles to the #UnexpectedJobs they created. They proudly wrote about non-obvious jobs and the impact of their work on others, which inspired others to do the same. We photographed and filmed the selected individuals in an unusual setting, highlighting their #UnexpectedJobs to further reinforce the authentic message and their surprising roles at BNP Paribas Bank. KV and video content went to OOH, cinema and digital.
