Gallio, Hungary’s only brand dedicated exclusively to turkey meat, needed to challenge a category blind spot: consumers often forget turkey exists. To shift perception, Gallio partnered with Dereszla Winery to create Turkeyness – a limited-edition red and white wine duo that embodied turkey’s duality of white and red cuts. This wasn’t just a pairing, but a business innovation: wine became a communication medium. By transforming an everyday product into a brand-owned channel, Gallio introduced a breakthrough way of educating, engaging, and reshaping consumer experience — turning innovation itself into a driver of measurable business growth.
