On 20th October, Slovakia was rocked by a tragedy. Two young people from the LGBTI+ community were shot dead by a right-wing extremist. The reason was his hatred for people with a different sexual orientation. EUROVEA, with its Christmas campaign, decided to help increase the tolerance in public spaces: for the first time ever in Slovakia, a transgender model became the face of the Christmas campaign.
