In order to save money people in Bulgaria tend to neglect servicing their post-warranty cars until it’s too late and there is a serious problem to be fixed. When the time for servicing finally comes they most often chose illegal car-repair workshops, despite the fact that they are well known for their low-level hygiene, unprofessional attitude, and low quality service. To make them feel the negative effect of that compromise we compared the conditions in the illegal car-repair garages with personal hygiene.
