Distraction due to smartphone usage is the leading cause of motor vehicle accidents in Austria. To change this ASFINAG started HALLO LEBEN - HELLO LIFE – an initiative for more safety on Austria’s roads. For OOH we created a skull composed out of thousands emojis presented on citylights around Vienna on World Emoji Day. And the message got through. Market research shows that 25% of the people who saw the campaign changed their deadly habbit.
