Campaign idea

Alepa is a convenience store chain in Finland. They were running behind competition on how people saw their store selection and how the selection fit the surrounding neighbourhood. People felt that they could not get their voice heard. To fix this we built a hyper local digital initiative called 'Block Wish'. It is a logistics & production line turn around which uses a chatbot to help Finns to get their product wishes in the shelves of their local Alepa. Block Wish helped Alepa to frog leap to be seen as the most customer centric store chain in Finland.
