The idea behind Vip Kinoteka is offering the Serbian audience, especially the younger generations, an opportunity to enjoy digitally restored local movie classics. The project was developed to tackle the usual traditional values/contemporary development dichotomy: to connect the company with preserving the cultural heritage and national treasure, still keeping it in the key industry area - digitalization. It was designed to draw its attraction from the “cult” status of the old movies, its benevolence from the social responsibility of preventing their deterioration, and its popularity from a deep understanding of the unique local humour and moments in time they represent.
