CANCELLATION

Failing to pay the invoice does not automatically imply cancellation of the conference registration. Only written requests received at [email protected] will be taken into consideration. 30 EUR + VAT cancellation costs are charged for cancellations until 30 September 2025. 50 EUR + VAT cancellation costs are charged for cancellations from 1 to 11 October 2025. If you cancel your registration after this date, we will charge 100% registration fee as cancellation costs.

In the event the registered person cannot participate at the 31st Golden Drum due to force majeure it is possible to register a substitute participant in accordance with the general terms and conditions.

REGISTRATION

By registering for the festival, you agree to the general terms and conditions.

We will charge any changes an administrative fee of 70 EUR + VAT.
