Viktorija Rumiancevaite is Head of Art & Design at Not Perfect Vilnius, one of the most celebrated creative agencies in the Baltics. Multidisciplinary at heart, she has worked on anything visual over her 15-year agency career, from art directing commercials to designing product packaging. She is one of the most awarded creatives from the Baltic region on the international stage. Viktorija is an alumnus of Vilnius Academy of Arts.
