Marcin Sosiński has been in the industry for over 20 years, with experience at several network advertising agencies, working with numerous international and local clients. 

Appointed Chief Creative Officer for Poland & CEE at Dentsu Creative in 2024, for the previous 14 years, he was at McCANN Poland, where he served as Executive Creative Director, combining this role with that of Managing Director for the past two years.

One of the most awarded creatives in the region, his work has been recognized at prestigious creative industry festivals: Cannes Lions (including Titanium, two Grand Prix and several Golds, Silvers and Bronzes), he has been honored with a D&AD Black Pencil (the first for a Polish agency), along with awards from festivals such as Eurobest, LIA, Gerety Awards, The One Show, Webbys, Clios, Golden Drum, and New York Festivals.

Under his co-leadership, McCANN Poland was named Cannes Lions for Good Agency of the Year in 2023. That same year, Marcin was named Creative Director of the Year at the Golden Drum Festival. In 2024, one of his campaigns, Mastercard "Where To Settle", was ranked as the third most awarded campaign in the world in the WARC Creative 100 ranking. In 2025 two of his campaigns (“Where To Settle” and “Room For Everyone”) where ranked most awarded campaigns in the financial sector by The Drum World Creative Rankings.
