Sylwia has over 20 years of experience in the media and marketing industry, during which she led multitasking projects and collaborated with major publishers and global brands, managing diverse and multicultural teams. Currently, she is responsible for shaping, developing and expanding TikTok's business in Poland and Central Europe. Previously, she held the position of the Managing Director & CEO of Httpool Polska, where, since 2017, she was responsible for introducing to the Polish market and monetization of platforms such as: Twitter, Snapchat, Spotify and TikTok.
Privately, an Olympic biathlon enthusiast - as a competitor and trainer.
