When he was thinking about his life, his first steps went to the faculty of medicine, but at the end – surprisingly – he finished the faculty of education.
Then he started his advertising career in Leo Burnett agency, at the time of the agency's greatest prosperity on the Czech market. Later, he went through different agencies (Kaspen / Jung von Matt, Mark / BBDO, VCCP) as Art director. After that he led the creative department in Nydrle agency and Comtech CAN. During his career he worked for the biggest clients on the Czech market such as Pilsner Urquell, O2, Kooperativa, ČSA, Vitana, Nestle, Unilever, Mercedes-Benz, Madeta or Sazka. Thanks to creative opportunities, he won several prestigious local and foreign awards and was part of juries such as ADC Czech Republic, ADCE, Young Lions and the NY Advertising Festival. He is also glad that his work is published in the prestigious world magazines Luerzers Archive and Shots. Last few years Roman has talked about advertising at universities or conferences. His personal free time project is leading the NELEŽ initiative, which fights against online disinformation.
