Richard Axell
Creative Director, Ogilvy, Czech Republic
Approaching his 16th year in ad industry this summer, Richard started right after tech high school as a new media designer in 2004, explaining to his clients the importance of having websites. Two years and two very successful e-shops later he got his first advertising job at BBDO as “the art director who knows some online” and immediately fell in love with this whole advertising thing. Since then Richard made it through agencies like Y&R, Grey, McCann and Ogilvy where he now leads the creative department. At home he has a Belgian Malinois, Grand Prix Effie and a Golden Lion on his bookshelf which he polishes every other Tuesday. Richard is a big fan of eSports, William Gibson and beef lasagne.
