Since 2021, Csaba has been building MOME OPEN, the adult education brand of Hungary's leading design university, Moholy University of the Arts. His mission is to bridge the gap between the academic world and the communication industry, among others, in order to increase the design maturity of CEE companies.

Csaba graduated from Pázmány University with a degree in humanities. At the age of 26, he became the editor-in-chief of the Kreatív magazine group and was among the pioneers who sold paid professional content on the Hungarian internet in the early 2000s. Throughout his career of over 20 years, he has been dedicated to the education of creative professionals and young talents. Csaba has hosted a professional radio show, edited creative and marketing magazines, an academic marketing journal, and organized thematic events in collaboration with trade magazine publishers, the Hungarian Advertising Association, and own his advertising agency, Carbon Group Communication. Additionally, he has developed a professional database and designed specialized courses for actors to bridge any knowledge gaps they may have.

Csaba is honored to serve as the ambassador for the region's most prestigious creative industry festival Golden Drum and has served as a jury member for various brand competitions in Hungary. Over the years, he has received Hungarian and international awards for his creative projects and advertising effectiveness, as well as Highlights of Hungary awards. In 2017, he was inducted into the Golden Drum Hall of Fame in recognition of his contributions to the creative community in the region.

Before taking on his current leadership role at MOME Open, he co-founded and managed Szabadszínész (Actorsbook), a startup in collaboration with actor Tamás Lengyel. Acting is his hobby, and he has utilized his expertise to support numerous companies and projects on a pro bono basis.
