Creative idea

For Latvians, the topic of child sexual abuse still hides between closed doors. The Child Safety NGO “Dardedze” urged parents to “Read Between the Lines” and pay closer attention to sexual abuse often hidden in plain sight. To start this difficult conversation, a “Creative Safe-Space” was launched and invited the community to express themselves, learn, share, collaborate and seek help if needed. Initially a white room, in one week hundreds filled it with color – painful traces of past experiences and hopeful suggestions for future.
