Harjot is Executive Vice President, Regional Strategy Director for Europe at McCann Worldgroup EMEA and lives in London. Over the last 19 years of his career in advertising, Harjot has lived and worked in 5 countries; and on nearly every category from packaged goods to banking, cars, retail, paints, telecom, tourism, cosmetics and credit cards.
Harjot joined McCann Worldgroup in New York in Jan 2011 to run global strategy on General Mills brands. Prior to joining McCann Worldgroup, and moving to North America, Harjot was head of Planning for BBDO China in Shanghai from 2003-2006. In North America, Harjot has held senior planning and leadership positions at Cossette Canada, Leo Burnett Canada and Grey Canada where he was Head of Planning for Canada.
His contribution in influencing and shaping award winning work and an unflinchingly common sense based approach to strategy and creativity has been widely recognized by leading publications, ivy league universities, forums and award shows across the world.
