Having previously led Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy and SapientNitro to multiple Agency of the Year titles; since joining Cheil Worldwide as Global Chief Creative Officer, Malcolm has led the network to be WARC’s No1 independent creative network in 2021 and secure No1 rankings and Agency of the Year titles across China, India, Hong Kong, Spain, Russia, and South Korea.
One of the industry’s most awarded creative leaders, Malcolm has served as jury President at the most prestigious award shows globally, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio and LIA; AdFest, Spikes Aisa and Dubai Lynx. As well as mentoring a number of creatives globally, Malcolm is a LIA Creative LIAisons coach.
A proud Kiwi, former member of the NZ Yachting Team and recipient of NZ’s World Class New Zealander award, Malcolm is a Patron of The Royal Academy of Arts, Member of the Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences and is a member of D&AD’s board of Trustees.
