After landing the biggest awards out there with one of the biggest ad networks in the world, Ruxandra switched to the indie side and joined AIN’T with the same ambition and love for creative excellence. AIN’T work now spans across the globe, earning the team international recognition, including being named Independent Agency of the Year in Golden Drum 2025, after just one year since the foundation of the creative shop.
With dozens of international awards brought home, Ruxandra takes pride in having work is featured in the film archives of the Museum of Modern Art New York. She is no stranger to international advertising and film juries, including Cannes Lions, Eurobest, LIA, New York Festivals, One Show and Golden Drum. A speaker and a mentor in women leadership, she is a friend of advertising schools and industry events around the world.
