Sebastian has nearly 25 years of experience in creating complex communication campaigns focused on building earned attention and influencing various publics using different communication techniques with creative public relations as a base competence.

Throughout two and a half decades Sebastian supported more than 200 global brands in building their outreach in Poland and CEE region creating strong image, building innovative storytelling and attracting various audiences. His portfolio includes successful, long-term support of GSK, Roche, GE Healthcare, GE Hitachi, GE, Unilever, P&G, Danone, Pernod Ricard, Google, IBM, Microsoft, Netflix, GE, GE Samsung, LG Electronics, Skype and many others.

Currently, Sebastian is responsible for influence practice in Poland and CEE region managing PR and Influence brands.

He has been invited to serve as a juror in some of the industry’s most prestigious competitions such as: Cannes Lions (2015,2024), Clio Awards, Sabre Awards, Golden Drums, Young Creatives (x2), Golden Clips Awards (PL), KTR(PL). While at MSL, he led the agency to recognition in Poland and the CEE region, securing multiple “Agency of the Year” titles.

Sebastian is a great advocate for pro-bono initiatives. He has been actively involved in the Polish Public Relations Firms Association for many years, in roles including multiple times as Vice President and most recently as President. He is also a board member of the K.I.D.S. Foundation – Club of Children’s Hospital Innovators.

Outside of work, he values time with his family and has a passion for restoring classic cars from the 1970s and 1980s, personally handling much of the mechanical work himself.
