Getting sick and spending time at the hospital puts enormous stress on kids. Uncertainty, loneliness and fear result into an emotional shock and locks feelings inside. Sadness becomes an everyday mental state even parents can’t help to overcome. Doctors the clowns visit hundreds of kids at the hospitals and play an important role on their psychosocial wellbeing and the recovery process. Bringing in fun and laugh clowns are able to free kids from sadness and help them cope with stressful period of their lives. In the TVC we see metaphorical situation of sadness locking kid inside it; and only the doctor clown is able to break that door.
