Forbes Bulgaria put on its cover a bee, breaking its strict rule of presenting successful people, in order to start a conversation about the importance of bees and bee farming for the world. This was part of the promotion of Mastercard Loyalty program connecting SMEs of sustainable beekeepers and consumers. The article inside explained the title of the cover PUT YOUR MONEY IN A JAR (mocking the practice of keeping money popular in times of insecurity). It presented the beehive as the world’s oldest fintech company and honey – as its sustainable currency – worthy to invest in.
