ARTI VS FAKE part 1. News Factory
Creative idea
Traditional anti-fake initiatives tend to use the same channels as the trolls and unworthy journalists are using (TV, media outlets, social media). Thus, to broaden the positive effect rather than just duplicate existing formats, an implementation of unusual mediums has been considered. The comic book was created for the mixed audience of three countries (Ukraine, Armenia and Poland). The storyline tells about Tina the Cat and Archie the Dog have teamed up in an unexpected alliance and set off in search of quality news and journalism standards to confront the almighty Mr. Fake, who runs the news-factory, which produces fakes.
