Creative idea

İş Bankası and TEMA Foundation began '81 Forests in 81 Cities' in 2008 and the project became the largest CSR afforestation project when it finished in 2017. For our 100th anniversary, we redefined and relaunched the project by fusing our “Bank of the Future” vision and cutting-edge innovation. Using PlantWave technology, we captured the bioelectric signals trees use to communicate and used AI to transform these recordings into sound. Enriched those sounds with local instruments and made “The Song of Nature”. Whilst we planted 2.2 million saplings, we invited everyone to experience this groundbreaking blend of creativity and environmental commitment.
